We clarify the product or project type, estimated quantity, personalisation, delivery country and target date.

Prototype and Approval
Any required samples or prototypes, revisions and design approval are planned as part of the project.

Production and Delivery
Bespoke production is planned after the required design and sample approvals. Production lead time depends on quantity and scope; shipping time is considered separately.
Project terms
Sample, prototype and new mould requirements, together with their terms, are agreed for each project. Personalisation, pricing, currency, the production schedule and packaging scope are clarified during the quotation stage. International shipping availability, shipping costs and delivery arrangements are assessed separately for the destination country and project requirements.
